1. Right to equality

All persons have the right to declare and express their sexual wishes, desires, pleasure, practices, orientation and sexuality; to freely decide on their sexual life in a non-discriminatory ethical frame that respects the rights of other persons and the evolving capacity of children.
3. Right to physical freedom and integrity
All persons have the right to have their physical, psychical and moral integrity respected; to live free of risk or any form of violence, intimidation or coercion that threatens their sexual and physical freedom and well-being.
4. Right to decide on the several reproductive choices
All persons have the right to make decisions affecting their reproductive life, and to freely decide whether, when and how many children to have.
5. Right to information
Todas las personas tienen derecho a disponer y acceder a una informa ción completa, clara y veraz, para tomar decisiones autónomas sobre su vida sexual y reproductiva y ejercer plenamente sus derechos.
6. Right to sexual education
All persons have the right to receive and to access comprehensive, clear and verified information in order to make autonomous decisions on their sexual and reproductive life and to fully exercise their rights.
7. Right to sexual and reproductive assistance and protection
All persons have the right to enjoy the highest attainable standard of sexual and reproductive health as a basic component of their well-being, and therefore to access health services that offer a comprehensive and quality assistance.
8. Right to privacy and confidentiality
All persons have the right to have their privacy and confidentiality respected when sharing information on their sexual and reproductive life.
9. Right to the choice of cohabitation
All persons have the right to choose the cohabitation form that they consider to better fit their affective and equal relationship, and to enjoy the same social and legal rights as other forms.
10. Right to participation and freedom of opinion
All persons have the right to exercise freedom of thought, opinion and expression of their ideas, as well as to associate with other persons in order to participate in the development of policies that determine their sexual and reproductive well-being.
